So today is day one of my Atikins Diet, I didn't go to the grocery store yesterday like I should have but thankfully at our work Cafe the Monday special was a 4oz streak and eggs...I'm gonna take this as a sign that I picked the right diet!

I got some fast food last night and girl scout cookies (kinda like my last meal) and I didn't even eat it all I cut my burger in half and didn't even eat half the the fries and only 2 cookies...that's a good sign it means my mind is in the right place this time and I am motivated!
