ITS TIME FOR ME TO STEP UP TO THE PLATE. I AM READY TO START DOING THE RIGHT THINGS. I AM A YEAR AND FIVE MONTHS OUT AND I AM READY TO START GOING WALKING AND EATING RIGHT AND GETTING MYSELF BACK ON TRACK. THAT IS MY NEW YEAR RESOLUTION!!!  LET'S DO IT.

I HAVE FINALLY REACHED ONE OF MY GOALS. I AM ONE YEAR AND FOUR MONTHS OUT.  I THOUGHT I WOULD NEVER REACH ONE OF MY GOALS... I AM SO HAPPY, IT MAKES ME WANT TO DO BETTER IN 2010. A FRESH NEW START TO MY LIFE..  I NOW HAVE A NORMAL BMI
