Finally!

On Feb 1st I decided that I wanted to loose 15 pounds by Feb 20th so  I hit my 100 pound loss.  Of course, I haven't been able to budge a pound since then.  Finally this morning I broke throught the wall and I managed to drop almost 5 pounds over the weekend.  I know I need to stop the obsessive weigh-in almost every morning.  So many of us do it, and it's really damaging.  My day shouldn't be set as good or bad by 30 seconds on the scale at 6AM.
