I started my Optifast this morning.  The vanilla was ok.  Actually, better than I expected.  The Chocolate was made in Hell.  IIt' foul punishment for something I did in a former life. I tried mixing in some Cystal Light, but it really didn't help.  Next time I'll try it with coffee. 

Now I'm stuck at me desk with a summer student behind me eating Schnitzel on a Kaiser that he picked up from the deli next door.

I think it's time for a walk.
