My 3 month follow up

Hey Y'all!!!!! Today was my 3 month post op follow up and I am SUPER EXCITED!!! I weighed in today at 498 lbs. That is a total of 91lbs lost since December . I am sooo excited I have been walking around with a smile on my face since I stepped on the scales. This is the first time I have weighed under 500 lbs in about 13 years. I was 480 lbs when I had my son 13 years ago. I am so happy I feel like I have the best secret in the world. Oh well just wanted to drop a few lines and you know how my appointment went....as always see y'all on the losers bench
