11 months post op

I was 11 months post op on November 5th. So much has changed and these months have gone by so fast. So much has changed for me but everything is the same if that makes sense. I went to my primary care doctor yesterday for a flu shot and a follow up and I was actually able to weigh on their scale. I weighed 388 pounds. I have lost 201 pounds in 11 months!!!! I am over the moon excited!!!! My year anniversary is on Dec. 5th and I'm hoping for at least another 15-20 pounds. If  i don't I won't complain because look at what I've accomplished already. I have updated pictures I need to post as well. If I don't talk you again Happy Thanksgiving and see you guys on the losers bench...
