Wow it sure has been a long time since  I updated my profile.
 Feeling great still maintaining my weight thank God. sometimes it is so hard to stay focused, but I have to do this cause I dont want to go back to where I was before. I have seen so many before me regain and not just like 30 lbs, I have seen them go back to almost where they started and it scares me to death cause I know it can happen to me if I let it. I have wonderful family support and also the support of good friends who tell me when I drink my liquids immediately after eating or if I am eating to soon, I need that and I am grateful for their support and nagging . LOL

my grandsons are getting big Rory will be 4 in June and my Toby will be 1 y.o on 3/29, how time flies.
this time last year I broke my foot and was in a cast, boy did that screw up my excercise now I am back in the swing of things and with the warm weather coming in I love to walk and run, gonna do the 5K walk/run again for cervical cancer next month

well today, I am 3 months post face lift, 2 months post emergenvy henia repair, in March I got this horrible pain under my breast  not sure if it was a heart attack or gastric, so I went to ARia hosputal bucks county cause it is across from BArix, well thankk God it wasnt my heart then it was gastric, so they did a CT scan and the surgeon came in & wanted to cut me from breast to belly button to do an exploratory I said no way u r not cuttin  this beautiful belly so I was on the phone with Dr. Pupkova all  night and she spoke to the surgeon & since my WBC wanst elevated he said I had time to be transfered to Barix they wanted to get me an ambulance but  they took so long with everything else that night I knew it could have been hrs , so we drove over & it took maybe 3 minutes and within 30 minutes I was in surgery & Dr. P. was able to fix it all laprascopically so u know I was thrilled. my intestines twisted & got hung up on the hernia, after surgery it was instant relief before that it felt like contractions, pain every 10 minutes that lasted about 60 seconds. I m so grateful to Dr. P. and the staff @ Barix .
ARIA was just HORRIBLE
and today I feel like a new person down to 162 and I wear a size 10 & sometimes 8, my diabetes is doing better, no high BP, I feel better now then I did at 30 go figure

well its been 9 weeks since my face lift & carpal tunnel surgery had it done @ Barix again by Dr. Lam again, just love that man and his staff and of course Barix is so wonderful the Dr.s & nurses are EXCEPTIONAL.
 , check out my pix on my face , I just love it no chicken neck, I feel so good and I even look younger, next surgery is in September and I will have my Right hand carpal tunnell done, hopefully that is my last surgery

went To Zumba last night had a great time. I am so excited I am now down to 166, I can't believe it, I haven' been this weight since I was about 10 y.o.
I do work at it . I excercise and DO NOT EAT OR HAVE I EVER TRIED SUGAR post-op cause I know that if I try sugar and I don't dump. I will go back up to 270 lbs and I don't ever want that to happen.  I don't like to eat out much in restaurants cause you never know what is in the food all the butter & stuff. I really enjoy the way I have to eat now. I can't believe how I let food consume my whole being.I really have to watch my weight I can't go up or down to much cause of all the plastics. but this is the healthiest I have felt ever inmy life. When I was doing Zumba last night I kept up withh all them young girls and I am 57 so for me that is an accomplishment.

I m approaching my 3 years and from 2 yrs and up I notice this is when people gain weight back. I have failed every diet in my life and now my body has been changed internally & externally and I want to stay the way I am

well on Monday 2/8/2010,  Dr. Lam did my carpal tunnell & a face/neck/lift @ Barix in Langhorne. I am having no pain from the face but my hand is horrible, for the last 2 days. today is much better. my body has been cut from end to end my thigh t surgery was the worst pain so far , that is the only surgery that I took pain meds for except for my hand, I think there are 2 stinkin sutures in there and it is so sore. cant wait till he take the dressing off my hand. other then that I feel great , my face looks amazing i didnt tell anyone I was doing my face except my DH,. I am just so pleased with my results as I am with all the work that Dr. Lam has done for me, check out my pix profile
