Does Sleeve = Divorce?

Hi everyone!
Well it's been months since I've been online. So many things have happen in my life after the sleeve. June 21st will be my 7th month anniversary and have started to slow down in my weight loss. To date, I've lost about 85 pounds. Because of the personal problems and work travel I have stopped exercising and have been eating poorly. The stress along with the sleeve has caused my hair to thin but I'll be honest, I haven't been taking my vitamins so, that's my fault.
Marriage on the rocks
My husband and I have separated for a few reasons. During my heaviest weight before the surgery we had literally stopped having sex for 8 months, which put me in a panic. Random thoughts running through my mind "what is he doing, don't all men need it?" The kisses became childish pecks and the affection became more of a nuisance to him than a sign of my love. Well, needless to say, the weight came off and the affection and sex drive on his part was back, what you know. Then the resentment on my part starting showing and I wondered if the kisses and public affection I was putting out was more for show. People look at us and think "you guys are perfect together!" It all came to a halt on New Year’s 2010 when we kissed and slow danced that I realized...my feelings had changed for him because he had rejected me. We started talking and it did come out that the reason for the lack of sex and affection on his part was because he was not attracted to me at that time but that he always loved me. Isn't love unconditional? For me it is... fat, thin, bald I love completely. I began looking for that emotional connection with others and felt even worse because it was suppose to be my husband to give me this. It was then that I knew our marriage was in shambles and walked out about a month ago.
My question, has anyone else's marriage been affected by the sleeve or have past issues that you may have overlooked now stare you squarely in the face?
Lost and confused...
