My first Stall

I'm having my first stall, and I was nervous at first but now I'm realizing that stalls happen to everyone.  I reached out to one of the OH members here who informed me to drink lots of water, watch my carb intake and overall watch what I eat.

This past week, I wasn't watching what I ate.  When I was hungry I just ate something.  So now I'm writing down everything I eat and keeping track.

Still struggling with water, only 32 oz, would like to reach my goal of 64oz daily.   Going to try for 64oz tomorrow.

1 bowl special K berries cereal with 1/2 cup skim milk (5 grams of protein milk)

1 Lean Cusine Beef w/broccali (15 grams of protein)  ate the beef first, then a little of the brocoli 150 calories

Tbsp peanut butter and 8 small mutigrain Special K crackers (3 grams of protein Peanut butter) 40 calories, 8 carbs, 1 protein

1 Greek Strawberry yogurt (14 grams of protein) 160 calories 25 carbs, fat 0

1 RTD chocolate protein shake  11oz  160 calories, 5 carbs, (30 grams of protein)

Approximately 670 calories for the day

Heading to the gym on my lunch break, going at 4am to walk the treadmill.
