Where did the time go? Actually sometimes it feels like it was forever ago. I still struggle with my weight I wish I stil weighed my lowest 189 but I was up to 250 again and by doing atkins I;m currently at 235. I wish it was lower but it's still better then where I was before surgery. Also if I didnt have surgery I'm sure I would be at 350 by now. I'm very happy I had the surgery. If I had to do it again I would have never tested the waters. I would have stayed away from chocolate and pastries. I still dump too so even having the dumping dosen't deter me like I thought it would. My iron is being very difficult right now but I'm working on it with my GP.
