Hernia repair and tummy tuck

I know I don't get on here like I should. It has been so hectic with family moving in (there was 12 of us here for awhile) and i only have a 4 bedroom house. We are finally down to 6. which is more manageable. I am having a hernia repair and tummy tuck done tomorrow. I can't wait. I have heard the tummy tuck surgery hurts worse then the original surgery. Not looking forward to that part. I have been having a problem getting my protein in which sucks. I am suppose to get 60 grams a day in and after the surgery I need to have 80 grams/day. On a good note I have went from 310 down to 168 i was down to 159 but gained a few back. But I am okay with my weight. I have went from size 26 pants and now wearing size 14 and some days they are too big. Can't wait to see what size I will be in after the tummy tuck. Dr estimates around 8 lbs of skin he will be taking off. My hair is still thinning out which sucks. I still have a lot of other health issues but I am dealing with them the best I can.
