advice needed

Okay so I'm seriously looking into this WLS, but I'm so afraid of the anesthetic as my whole family has a history of struggling to wake upI came to the conclusion if I lose weight before I have it, It will only do me good. I read up a little on the eating plans and things that the WLS patients have to follow and decided it should be good practice to eat the way you guys eat
so I been following a high protein low carb diet. i get about 600Calories in a day and also take vitamins. been on it for 2 weeks now without cheating, fairly easy also getting about 30Min's good exercise a day planning more the more i lose
I lost 13Kg so far but its slowing down and sumdays it looks like I pick up a Kg and I'm wondering should I keep it up or look at another idea
