When things go wrong, as they sometimes will,

You may succeed with another blow.

You hate me
You may not even know it
but I’m not mad at you
I’m just sad.
If you’ve ever thought,
‘At least I’m not fat like her.’
‘She needs to loose some weight.’
‘Look at how fat she got.’
If you’ve ever said,
‘You should loose some weight,
so you can be healthy,
so you can be pretty…’
Then you probably don’t know
that I can be beautiful and fat
that I can be healthy and fat
that this isn’t about you
You may think its just fat
but my fat is a part of me
a part of my identity
hate it and you hate me
Maybe you didn’t know
that you have me
but I’m not mad at you
I’m just sad.

lonley road

always battling the food demon and others in my head, what a lonely road this is, if only I could turn back time so I could have changed this difficult path back in the day.
wish someone could see the potential under all these layers , well actually wish someone in particular would
I know I will get there just wish there was a forward button for this
although a friend once told me if you don't remember the struggle you wont appreciate the result
so for now I will go with that !!!!

I came to the conclusion if I lose weight before I have it, It will only do me good. I read up a little on the eating plans and things that the WLS patients have to follow and decided it should be good practice to eat the way you guys eat
so I been following a high protein low carb diet. i get about 600Calories in a day and also take vitamins. been on it for 2 weeks now without cheating, fairly easy also getting about 30Min's good exercise a day planning more the more i lose
I lost 13Kg so far but its slowing down and sumdays it looks like I pick up a Kg and I'm wondering should I keep it up or look at another idea
What will make this right
