4 months post op/what I eat.

I eat alot of beans. Refried beans, pinto beans( I add 98% lean ground beef and a lil' salsa), northern beans( add canned ham). I don't eat baked beans... too much sugar. I used to be a carb addict like breads and pasta but now it's all beans all the time. I also eat alot of instant grits. Sometimes I add canned ham to it. The nearest Kroger supermarket is about 30 miles from where I live. Sometimes I make a special trip just to buy theyr CarbMaster yogurts. The carrot cake flavor is my fave. I also bought a turkey pastrami. It was delish. Tasted like a corned beef. I had it with a slice of swiss cheese dipped in ranch sauce. It would prolly be good with sauerkraut. So when I do make trips to Kroger I thought I could freeze some yogurts and unthaw as needed...WRONG. Yogurt does Not freeze well. After it unthaws it looks like curdeled milk. I still had 10 of them to use so I mix them in with my protein shakes.
