Time to get serious!

A dreaded thing has happened-my first weight gain since surgery. A whopping 6.5 pounds. It is the grazing that kicks me all the time. I don't feel like I've been as active as I need to be because of my hip....I am going to start writing down every last morsel that comes in contact with my mouth. This really has made me decide that I'm not baking a single thing for Christmas this year. Don't need it at all!
We are having a serious winter storm today in blizzard proportions. Hope I can get on the snowshoes real soon....
