Colin is a month old already! Starting to smile and laugh. What a cutie he is. What a very bright spot in my life. I thank God for bringing this little man into my life. Megan is being such an awesome Mother. I am so proud of her! She is really holding her guns with breastfeeding him.Two-plus weeks till DALMAC. Cycling strong. Have almost 800 miles on the bike, so far, this season. Saturday is our DALMAC planning get-together. Can't wait to go this year. Other years I would be dreading it.... Beginning to love hill work-outs. I am over my fear of downhills. Went down the H Ave hill and really enjoyed it.....
I think my weight is starting to go downwards, too.
