Ruth called today and said that all the paperwork should be sent to the insurance this Friday!
I found out that my DH's co-worker's wife, is waiting for our insurance approval and is also a patient of Dr. Lord. Hope this doesn't effect the waiting time for me!!!

Had my endoscopy on January 22 and all went well with that. It was the last test I need and I called Ruth today to see if everything is ready to go for insurance, but got her voice mail, so hope she calls me back tomorrow. I am so READY to get this done!!! The waiting gets longer and longer!

Ok, this past Tuesday, Jan. 8 I had my bloodwork, chest x-ray, ekg, gallbladder ultrasound done. Today I had my visit with Maggie and we had a good talk. I had appt. at Dr. Haines office and scheduled endoscopy for Tuesday, Jan. 22. I could have it next week but we are going to Houston tomorrow for a week. And that's it, except more waiting! Ruth called this morning to see if I had done any tests yet, and I asked her if they had received the letter from my PCP yet, but of course, they haven't but have a call in to him, so he better get moving, I asked his office to do that last month! Guess I will have to get on the phone! Hopefully my time will be soon!! I have been thinking about going on a 3 day cruise before I have surgery!
NUT visit, Dec. 22

Had 2nd visit with Traci today, got 100% on my quiz and a red star! :) We had a nice long talk. Her baby is due in 6 wks. & she will be out 6 wks. so hope that doesn't coinside with when I have my surgery. I forgot to ask who we should call if we have a question while she is out. I am feeling better about the surgery, I think. My son & DIL went home today, it was nice having them here 5 days, but we ate out too much, hope I haven't gained much! Will go have blood work, chest x-ray, and ultrasound on gall bladder next week.
