Pumpkin Flavored Protein Shake ..Yummo!

Looking for the Thanksgiving treat for yourself to enjoy and chase away that ooo but I want a piece of pumkin pie... Now you can have it the guilt free way ...

Whey Protein 1 scoop
1/2 container of vanilla yogurt { optional}
1/3 cup of powdered milk
Sprinkle in pumkin pie spice { to your liking}
Sprinkle in nutmeg {to your liking}
1 cup water
Toss in a few ice cubes

Blend well  till mixed together and ice is not in big pieces ...
Top with dollop of fat free cool whip {optional }
Add a touch more spices to garnish ........

Enjoy!!!!
