Woo hooo on week 4 and going strong, well at times hehehe .... Have to not over do it because the body says..Hold It girl!
Side barely hurts now and that is heaven to get over. Eating soft foods like oatmeal, sugar-free puddings and jello's. Refried beans with lil cheese and uhm... yes them protein shakes. Feels still over whelming to get all the fluids down, but you can truely only drink what you can. SO don't freak out if you feel over whelmed from drinking, I think We all been there. Just go your pace and try, try, try. All anyone can ask of you... Did discover though if I dont drink enough I get this major headache. After drinking more it tends to go away. Down 28 pounds in 4 weeks so far. Feeling good about it........
