Well the Tylenol 3 the Dr gave me knocked me clear out. I slept like a log. The pain in my foot has changed and at times during the day is more intense but I seem to be able to tolerate it more during the day. At least I can sleep at night.
Quiet day today. Watched some TV, read some but with my eyes the way they are it's hard to read.Gotta remember to make that appointment.
We watched a movie, Lincoln Lawyer, awesome movie. Then took a nap.
I had fish and mashed potatoes for supper. About 1oz of fish and 2 TBSP potatoes. I couldn't eat it all.
The hardest thing for me is knowing how much to have.I just have to listen to my tummy.

I colored my hair today and I absolutely HATE it. It's too dark. Now I have to go get another color.

Been eating a lot of popsicles today.
