19 days out, 9.11.11

Man, we slept in until 10:00 am this morning. I must have been bushed. Went to the store and picked up a few things.

Spent most of the day reliving 10 years ago. It brought back all of the feelings and memories. Such a huge impact on America and all of the world to say the least.

I was a bad girl at supper and I tried a small piece of cheese pizza. It seemed to be ok, but later it didn't sit well with me. It felt like I have a lump in my throat.
Now I know why they don't want us eating white bread. It clogs up the pouch, and the cheese probably didn't help either.
Lesson learned. NO PIZZA.
