First of All, I love my surgeon! When you first meet her she is a no nonsense woman! She is to the point! When I first saw her I knew she was the surgeon for me because she was clear and very straight forward. I think this is very important when you are trying to get something done that is this serious to who you are. You want to know that you can totally trust this person. Remember you will be going under total anethesia. I am totally grateful to this woman! I am beyond words! Thank you DOCTOR!

I am so bad at blogging and keeping people informed here on OBHELP. However I would love to keep people updated on Facebook. I am have been working out almost everyday and it has helped! I am really excited! I am fitting a size 16 and even 14 at times! I fit a size 12 blouse!!! Which blows my mind!

I notice at times it is easier to eat junk food than healty food and it scares me..
I really don't wanna go back to the big sizes ever again! So I am trying to work out alot :) I am enjoying working out and look forward to it. :)

It has been a while! Well I am dong great! I have gone from 30-32 down to 18-20! I have lost 101 pounds and loving the entire process!! This is awesome! feel free to contact me if you need inspiration and support!!!

GOD I want to give you the HONOR and GLORY!
Today I am here to try to leave a blog. I was kind of pissed off the other day I truly wrote a nice plump blog and my laptop didnot post it! Technology!  But today I am here to encourage those of you who are wondering if this is something you should or should not do. I was there. It took me 6 years to make up my mind. Fear, the worse of all feeling led me to not making the decision sooner. However, I am the daughter of the King of Kings and Lord of Lords, which means that fear is not something that comes from HIM.
Guys if you are thinking about it.. Pray about it! I know that I do not regret it at ALL... I think the hardest thing is the battle between mind and stomach. The Mind says I want it.. but the stomach says.. HECK NO WAY!!! and let me tell you something. Listen to the stomach. Not the MIND... Believe me the MIND doesn't have any idea what the stomach KNOWS lol... FOLLOW THE STOMACH!

Ok I think I deserve a round of aplause :) Just came back from 1st post op appt. And PEOPLE------> Drumroll!!!! PLEASE 



I LOST.... 21 POUNDS in my first week!

Can we get excited?!?!?!

I am...still on liquid diet but feeling awesome!!

Had my Surgery on the 8th! Only three days post OP!

Ok! It has been 3 days after surgery! I am back Home!!! I have the greatest support system ever! My parents and daughter! My Dad is my personal chef and once keeper, while my mom is my nurse! They are an awesome team! My dad keeps me up to date and on target for my onces! My mom keeps checking my surgical areas and givingmy my back rubs so that I can fart. Crazy I never knew it would so hard to fart! But I am doing great!

Let me tell you guys eho are going for surgery stay away from the morphen! I had a bit too much of that stuff! I was so high.I couldn't even talk lol. So if you stay away from it it perhpas will go better! :) Not sure hos much I have lost. But I am excited!!! Will you all Posted!!1
