Shopping is Amazing

FEELING GREAT!! I went shopping on my lunch break and again started in the pluz sizes; maybe some day my body will tell my brain that I no longer need to do that. I guess I'm still totally amazed that I'm down to size 12. It's amazing to hear my husband say "honey that's too big - you need to go shopping". I guess that's from being a 20/22 for +23 years. My health is great, my family is good and my friends have been wonderful - life doesn't get much better than that!
