First Fill / adjustment

Well Yesterday I went in for my first adjustment.  I was looking forward to the experience.  Well I must say I hurt... They numbed me (ok only that port spot the rest was already like this).  Then had trouble finding the port spot to insert the syringe.  To poke poke poke with fingers, push your stomach up, do a sit up and hold it,  push push push... pain pain pain.  They had to hit me again with the novacaine.  Then the Dr. was able to finaly do it.  Needless to say I hurt all night couldn't understand why till I saw that they put cloth bandaids on me... (I'm allergic to the adhesive) so no wonder it hurt it was burning my skin.  SO I ripped those babies off.  Today I'm doing well -- liquids again..... still a little sore at the port but not to much. 

I did get the ok to hit the eliptical full force now.  I was allowed to do it prior to yesterday but without moving the arms... So those 60-75 minutes on it will will make a difference now..  Looking forward to see the coming weight loss now.
