Surgery Day

Today is the day, in about  3 1/2 hours I will be in the operating room having my life changed forever.  So many mixed feeligs about all of this. After two weeks of Pre-op diet and bowel prep last night, Im so ready to go and get this over with.  But on the other hand so want to cancel it all til after the holidays cause Im craving all that crazy food.  I realized during the last two weeks how much of an issue food is with me.  I use food for everything.  I dont eat when Im hungry, I eat to just eat.  I promise to work on that ASAP (guess a few talks with the witch doctor is in order.

Ok got some loose ends to tie up then headed to hospital.  Will post when I get home from the hospital.

oh BTW my at home bathroom scale said 200lbs this morning, so close to onederland!!!!
