Officially registered for the Oakland 1/2 Marathon

Having a good morning.  Sticking to menu plan and hoping to finish work early to take on the weekend.

I am excited to have finally PAID for my participation in the Oakland, Ca marathon (I'm doing the 1/2 marathon portion).

As you've noticed, I've been struggling the past few days with cravings of sweets.  I switched things up a bit for more protein and will monitor how that goes.
