Gettin it in

Still getting my exercises in.  Trying to get ready for the 1/2 marathon.  I'm nervous, but am determined to be where I need to be in march...It feels good to be out there, beting my personal best times and envisioning myself crossing that finish line.

The cravings I had are still troublesome, but I'm dealing with it.  I will overcome them because I have not been eating them...denying the body is a hard thing; but i feel the success coming.

NOTE;  made the best egg white omelet.  Add a 2 oz bratwurst (I know, high fat..but that's what i had in the house for protein), 1 TBSP shredded cheese, red onions, bell pepper.  It was ridiculously good.  I also had 2 oz cucumber and 2 oz carrots.....YUMMY
