Shitty Ass un-reliable Support Group at NYU Langone

Part of success with any WLS, is support. It appauls me that the people who go to NYU Langone don't utlilize the Support Group. I arrived last night, NO ONE was there other than the dull MSW. Last month, there were 4 people and 2 other times NO ONE!

Exercise

Been exercising a lot. Since my consultant gig ended, I've worked out everyday. But, my legs are now REALLY sore. I've been doing 30 minutes a day all week and next week I will increase to 45min/day. Tues/Wed I did 30 min on the recumbent bike and then Thursday/Fri I did 15 min on the bike and then 15-20 min on the elliptical. Saturday I was out XMAS shopping, so, I just walked 3 mi. I am not sure how many days I should do cardio and then rest, but, I can tell I need it. I may skip the workout today. I also just ordered a swimsuit from Lands End so I can start swimming after XMAS. Swimming is a great workout and wonderful on the ARMS.

6th Fill

Just had my 6th fill today. Weighed in at 205. I'm at 9cc in my 14cc band. I don't want to get "too" full. I am very happy with weight loss. Short term goal? To be down under 200lbs by January 1st? Doable, probably. Easy? Not so much. Here is to hitting my next goal.
