BRUTAL!  I have been vomitting both thru my mouth and chunks out my nose for 30 min.  It feels like you are drowning or that you swallowed too much water under water.  Does that make sense. Don't eat too much.  Nuff said, its awful! 

Whoaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! thats all I have to say! 

While I haven't lost any "weight" recently, I am getting smaller. I credit this to walking home over the Queensboro Bridge in 90+ degree weather and 80% humidty.  I finally got into my Skinny jeans last week and I also this morning went through a ton of my clothes that are now to big. They will be bagged up and taken to either the NYU Langone clothing swap (the causal stuff) and Bottomles closet, the nicer stuff.  

Still happy with my Band. I know there may come a day where I am no longer saying that, but, that day is not yet here.
