what happen on my 1st apt

So me, my mom, and sister went to my 1st WLS apt Monday 1-7-13. I had paper work to fill out and they even took me in early bc someone had canceled. So the nurse took me back and weighed me, took my height, and blood pressure. Went back to the room and it had a funny little bed in it LOL but anyway a lady came in and i am not sure if she was like the nurse practitioner or just one of Dr C's team people but anyway she did everything asked me tons of questions and felt my belly and listen to my lungs and heart. Then Dr. C came in and said i was a good candidate for the laparoscopically Gastric Bypass, so she went over what will happen and answered any of my questions and sent the other lady back in. She had me sign papers and gave me tons of stuff to read up on. Then came in the lady that will give me a date....woooohoooo finally it is becoming real she gave me April 10th 2013!!!! i was sooo excited! Than she left and the dietitian came in bc for the insurance i have to loose some weight and keep it off till the surgery. They said 25-30lbs my 1st thought was holy cow that will be hard. So i took in all she was telling me and we headed home. I am on nothing but meat and veggies. I have to go back to see her in 2 weeks 1-22-13.So hopefully i loose something
