hey family and friends.....just wanted to give a update on how i have been doing. yesterday June 1st was 1 month since my surgery. I just weighted myself and i am down 41lbs since my surgery total of 74lbs since my highest. I feel AMAZING!!! I walk more and have found clothes are getting to big. I even walked around my neighborhood yesterday. Anyone thinking of having the surgery and just unsure about it. Let me tell ya it is the best thing i have every did for myself. My weight had taken over my life. I was miserable, lifeless, just down right boring. Now i do thing with my kids and they like to do thing with me. I cant wait till the Belmont county fair so i can go. That is one thing i haven't been to in years.
