Amazing how it all works....and still does

Ok, I had a great weeekend. Stayed pretty much on plan except for a few minor pitfalls...had a bag of peanut M and M's yesterday. Ok, ok no one is perfect. Drum roll please............weighed myself this AM and I weigh 152. So, I am pumped this AM...having my oatmeal. Going to stay on track. Want to get back into the low 140's again. I used to say as soon as I passed 145, I would modify the diet, and NEVER let it creep back up. Well, crept it did, and now I am having to work really hard at it. But I can do it. It is all about getting back on track and basics- cuttting out all the snacking/carby stuff. I love to snack at night. Especially when I get into bed, I want a snack to munch on as I read. Trying to break that habit.

Eats for the day
B- oatmeal
L- not sure as I am meeting family for lunch. Thinking chicken breast or salad, or maybe both
D- hopefully grilled scallops. Yummm....waitingon Schwan man to deliver the goods tonite. :)

Be back tomorrow. Hopefully more weight gone......
