I definitely notice a difference in clothing.  I am down 2 pant sizes and at least 2 shirt sizes.  I decided to bag up all my summer outfits to donate.  Won't be needing them next summer.  I already know my fall/winter clothes need to be gone thru.  I know many will not fit.  Going to put them right in the donation pile as well.

I am dying for my appointment on Wednesday.  I will get moved to the next stage of eating.  I CAN'T WAIT....I NEED MORE THAN JUST THESE DARNED FLUIDS!!!!  It has been sooooo long!!   Patience is wearing very thin right now.  BUT...I'm staying on program and following the diet.
