Getting there!

Well, it's Monday and I weighed myself today.  225 lbs!  I lost 5 lbs!  I've been really good about my diet, although I did eat some nuts on Saturday but it wasn't a lot and nuts are good for you so...........I'm mainly eating eggs, cheese and meat/fish.  Saturday I had some Tilapia for dinner.  It was yummy!!!!  SF Popsicles are my main snack when I feel like eating something.  I need to go and get more cottage cheese, I'm all out!
