Whew!

Ok, last week was good.  My body finally decided to shed a few more pounds.  I lost 4 lbs. last week and I'm happy with that.  I really wasn't worried because I was eating what I was supposed to be eating, not cheating.  Lately though, I've been sliming a lot.  I slimed on some chicken salad at my son's house on Saturday and on Sunday morning I had about 3 tablespoons of 0% Fage yogurt and a few blueberries and I slimed on that. I was surprised because that's more or less a slider food.  I didn't think it would be a problem.  Maybe I ate it too fast.  I've been trying to slow it down while eating, that might be my problem.  Anyway, my knee feels better (a lot better) so I walked to the office from the train this morning and I worked out on my Total Gym yesterday.  I'm going to do a Total Gym workout after work tonight too.  It's cooler today so I'm probably going to walk back to the train station.  I also plan on walking the dogs when I get home.  It's been too hot to walk them but now that it's cooled off, I think they would enjoy a little exercise.  Have a good week!
