I stayed the same this week, which I guess is better than gaining.  I guess the fat has been here so long my bod has decided it doesn't want to let it go.

I had some very disturbing news this morning.  A good friend of mine here at work died yesterday.  Back in the old days, I'd eat to deal with my grief but not anymore.  She was very thin and didn't eat much so in honor of her, I'll stay away from bad food today.  She was only a year of two younger than me and her death came as a big shock to all of us. 

My latest addiction is:  Diet Peach Snapple -- YUMMY!
