I LOST 11.5 lbs!!!!!!!

 OMG, OMG, I am so excited!!!  I'm down to 190.5!  Officially too I might add because it was on the doctors scale!  I now have a total of 7.3 cc's in my Realize Band.  After my doctor appointment, I went to the mall and was fitted for new bras!  I went down one size in the back but the girls are still hanging in there with DDD!  After the mall, I stopped at McDonald's and got  an Angus burger and I could only eat about 1/4 of it.  The rest went to Jack and Daniels (my four legged kids).  Of course, I only ate the burger, forget about all that bun!  Ugh, and to think I could knock down a couple of Mickey D's, fries and large Diet Coke back in the day!  Of course, that could have accounted for my robust 270 lbs. before the surgery!!!!  LOL

Well, that's all for now.  I'm happy with my progress and have 40 lbs to go!!!  Take care everybody!!!!

P.S.  My son went for his fill today and he gained 4 lbs.  It does happen.  He told me he's been eating the wrong things and grazing between meals.  That will do it.
