Down another 7.5 lbs!

I had my 5th fill on Friday, Oct. 15th and I'm down 7.5 lbs since my last fill in Sept.  I'm now at 183.  Unfortnately, my scale said I was 179, it's always 4 lbs. less than BMI's scale (darn!)  Although the 183 is an official weigh in I like thinking 179.  It makes me feel better!  LOL  And you know what they say, "If it feels good, Do IT!", so that's what I'm going with, 179!!!

I feel good.  I'm tighter.  7.7 cc's in my band now.  The last week before my fill I was able to eat more so I knew I needed a fill.  I can always tell.  My goal is to lose the 29 lbs. to get down to 150 by Christmas.  That might be pushing it  a bit but we shall see.  The holidays are coming up and I'm not even nervous about them.  This will be my first holiday season with the band and I'm confident I can handle it.  My son's surgiversary is Wednesday, Oct. 20th.  One year since he had his Realize Band put in.  He's looking great and feeling good.  My Daugher in law had her bypass surgery on Sept. 13th and she's lost 40 lbs.already.  She will be passing me up in no time!  She's also looking great!

Other than that, I got nothing!  I hope every one is feeling good!
