Day 1.5 of my two week liquid diet ...

 Oy! So I had no idea how much I have relied on food to quell boredom (all of my life, I guess) ... until TODAY! I have caught myself so many times over the last 24 hours thinking that I was "hungry?!" Well, after analyzing the situation ... I realized that my stomach was still feeling full from my drinks and broth! What the heck?!?!?!? I can't wait to deal with something/anything emotional coming up! OY!
