Three weeks out and I gained a pound!!

What the heck?  I had lost 33-34 pounds over the first two and a half weeks, then nothing for 4 or 5 days and now I gained a pound!  How frustrating!  Ugh!  Am I going to fail at this as well?  I wish I knew what I was doing wrong.  I hope that pound disappears by tomorrow and takes a friend or two with it!
