Just a little bump in the road

I have an infection (hence the red color today) in my belly button and oh my does it hurt!  Started becoming ouchy 3 days ago, plus slightly red and icky looking (don't you just love my technical nursing terms).  Went to the doctor today, he took a culture and started me on Keeflex tid x 7 dys.  Hurts to wear anything at my waist for sure but even simple movements like bending over hurt.  Hopefully the ATB kicks in soon.  I'm not really upset because hey, things have gone so great thus far I just cannot complain.  I made sure to buy some probiotics too.  Can't wait to start soft foods.  Gonna make the ricotta bake again tomorrow.  Can't believe it's gonna be Christmas eve already.  It will be tough at Becky's (MIL) this year not being able to eat any candy/cookies.  Oh well I'm trying my best to work through it.  Need to start exercising next week.  Oh, and sooo CANNOT WAIT to take a bath.
