Today is my first day here. I have been trying to lose weight for as long as I can remember. Well i guess I should say since Oct 30 1998.  Every time I got a good start I would end up Pregnant after my 4th child the Doctors tied my tubes because it had become a health risk to have anymore children even though I love kids and would have many. I currently sit at 265lbs and am 5ft 1 inch. I have been thinking of wieghtloss surgery for quite some time now but didn't know how to bring up the subject at my Doc. apts. or to my husband. Until today my Husband was listening to Road Dog trucking on his satelite radio and he called me and said I should look into this some more because I could really benefit from it comsidering my health is starting to go down hill because of my weight. I am in Ontario Canada and looking for a surgeon as well as what the cost are going to be like will it be covered by OHIP or will my husbands med plan cover it. What does it cost? How long are waiting lists. any help and info will help
