Still no word - Hi all just wanted to update I have still not heard  anything with regards to a surgery date, consult or any thing. Just waiting

WLS London Meeting - Went to my first WLS meeting. Gathered some good info and met some great people.

March 24th 2010 - went on a brisk walk down to the school today to pick the kids up from school it was just shy of a mile at 1.4 km return took me 8 min down and 12 min back kids slowed me down.
