ALMOST 4 Months Out

What's up OH Family.  How's everybody living?  All is well in my world.  Well, on April 28, 2010, I will be 4 months out from my WLS .  According to my scale I weigh 211lbs   I had my last visit with my RNY surgeon on March 23rd.  He tells me that I need to be down to at least 190lbs - 180lbs by June 23rd (Mind you, on his scale I weighed 220lbs) when I see him again.  He was like "look at this face  (lol) I'm serious."  I need you to be down to at least 190lbs by the next time I see you in my office because the rapid weight loss phase of your WLS is over in 6 months.  You need to lose as much weight as you possible can before then.

So I'm on a mission folksto get this weight off.  I KNOW EXERCISE  is the key.  So I got to get to stepN!  You guys Please pray for me!   I'll update you in a few weeks.
