wow where has the time gone

It has been so long since I have written anyhing, it has been a slow go, but I have lost everytime I have gone in for a fill and have not gained any, I am losing inches faster than pounds so I am still very happy with my decision, I think I could have done better, but we moved and during that transition we ate out alot and I did not make the best decisions, but now that we are settleing in it is time to kick into high gear, it was a year since my surgery on March 2, and I have lost 70+ lbs so I thank the Lord for all his blessings and mercies for they are abundant.
