Diet day 5 of 14.

1/28/2010 Commentary on yesterday's diet: 

The day went well, other than being tired which I presume comes from the diet and lack of sleep from the night before. I still cannot finish all of my lunch, I am going to cut the veggie portion back to 1 ½ cup simply because that seems to be what I am eating consistently. If it turns out that I need that extra ½ cup I can easily heat it up and eat it rather than cooking too much and it going to waste.

Pre-surgical diet day 5 of 14.

Today's menu will consist of the following:

Breakfast:
Protein Shake and a ½ of an apple w/ decaf coffee and a small amount of fat free creamer (the coffee comes into play about 30 min after the meal is over).

Lunch:
4 oz baked salmon seasoned with dill and Ms. Dash Tomato, basil, garlic, 1 1/2 c. (precooked measurement) green beans boiled until soft then lightly seasoned with pepper and a touch of Smart Balance butter.

Dinner:
Protein Shake and a ½ of an apple.

Lots of water throughout the day.
