Diet day 8 of 14.
Commentary on yesterdays diet:

Missed my am protein shake, was not hungry for lunch but ate anyway...did drink my pm protein shake.  Still very tired, and fighting lots of gall bladder pain.

Today's menu will consist of the following:

Breakfast:
Protein Drink and a 1/2 serving of mixed fruit w/ decaff coffee and a small amount of fat free creamer (the coffee comes into play about 30 min after the meal is over).

Lunch:

4 oz of Baked Turkey seasoned with Ms. Dash tomato basil garlic, 2 c. (precooked measurement) fresh uncooked carrot sticks.

Dinner:
Protein Drink and a 1/2 serving of mixed fruit.

Lots of water throughout the day.
