Diet day 9 of 14.

Commentary on yesterdays diet:

2/1/2010

Yesterday was the most difficult day for me so far.  I was depressed, tired, PMS set in, and cranky.  So I ended up cheating, I ate a tortilla.  I beat myself up over it the rest of the day and quite frankly wish I had not eaten it.  Other than that I stayed to the diet.  A tortilla can you believe it!   I was doing so well!

Today's menu will consist of the following:

Breakfast:
Protein Drink and a 1/2 serving of peaches w/ decaff coffee and a small amount of fat free creamer (the coffee comes into play about 30 min after the meal is over).

Lunch:

4 oz of Opah fish seasoned with Ms. Dash Lemon pepper, 2 c. (precooked measurement) carrots cooked until tender and lightly buttered and peppered.

Dinner:
Protein Drink and a 1/2 serving of peaches.

Lots of water throughout the day.
