Hectic few months

Once again I was side-tracked.  My husband needed several tests and surgeries, the last surgery being Dec. 22nd.  He had major spinal surgery.  He is now a little over 1 week from surgery and doing well.  Also had the holidays to cook and buy for, grandchildren to sit for, and my own surgery.  As I began to work with Dr. Lalor to "get back on track" I was unable to have the lap-band filled.  The port had come loose and was upside down!  So a revision was done on Dec. 15th - the port was re-attached in the correct position and an adjustment was made at that time.  And I can really tell the difference in how much I can eat at a meal!  I was just released to begin exercising again.

A friend gave me a free 30-day trial membership at my local Curves.  I am going to set up a tour next week and try this out along with my at-home exercise program.  Wish me luck!!
