Another 3 pounds down!

A great start to my week despite the snow storm that is moving through Ohio today!  Already had breakfast that I didn't finish because I was full, eating slowly and stopping as soon as I begin to get that "full" feeling.  Because of the snow today and tomorrow, plus the wind (blowing and drifting), I'm going to Curves again this morning and running my few errands.  The forecast is for 8" to 12" of snow by tomorrow evening.  Luckily I don't need to stop at the grocery store - already done!
